No one likes having to click through menus to find what they need. Your File's dashboard shows you an overview of your centre, caseload or course. Depending on account type (Centre, Tutor, IQA, EQA or Learner) the dasboard will scale and show only what is relevant.
At times you just want to see what you have left to do. With the built in action centre, any problems in your caseload are pulled toegether and shown in one simple view. Allowing you to catch up on Monday morning with ease.
Numbers are sometimes easier to understand when visual. Your File has a built-in reports dashboard showing a visual overview, alongside in-depth spreadsheets that can easily be downloaded. Our reports all export within seconds and are updated instantly.

If Administrator, Tutor, IQA, EQA or even Learner - Your File provides one simple login page. Your File automatically detects the access rights of a user and takes them to the correct portal. If a user has access to more than one portal, Your File asks which portal to use. Each portal only allows actions appropiate for the user type and scales up or down depending on access rights.
All your users need to do is enter their email and password and simply login.
Learners have just one simple domain to remember - learner.ninja. Once logged in learners see your logo with the contact details for your centre and their tutor. With Your File you can upload your centre's student hand book, learning materials and policies. Making the entire experience custom to your company.
